In this post-apocalyptic reality, without electricity or communication, Ares and the professor wander through empty streets, unable to understand the ghosts' purpose. When the professor urges him to escape west, where distant radio signals still exist, Ares must make a painful choice: leave his mother behind in search of a future or stay and become a ghost himself.
